Terms of Use

AffiFeed is operated by Simon Saxtorph Sarelius Petersen, based in Denmark ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@affifeed.com.

AffiFeed imports product feeds from affiliate networks you connect, lets you filter and curate those products into feeds, and generates embeddable product cards for your own websites.

We provide the tooling. We do not supply the products, set their prices, hold stock, or take part in any transaction between your visitors and an advertiser.

• You must be at least 18 and using the service for business or professional purposes.
• Provide accurate details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• Tell us promptly at the contact address above if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or in breach of any affiliate network's terms.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the service or its rate limits.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
• Upload or distribute malware, or inject code through custom templates that harms visitors.
• Scrape or bulk-extract another user's data.
• Misrepresent product prices, availability or affiliate relationships to your visitors.

The feed builder allows custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Anything you add there runs on your own website under your own responsibility, and you are liable for its effect on your visitors.

This section matters most. When you connect a network such as Partner-Ads or Adtraction, you are using your own credentials and your own commercial relationship.

• You must comply with each network's and each advertiser's terms, including any rules about how their product data, images, trademarks and tracking links may be used.
• You are responsible for making legally required affiliate and advertising disclosures to your visitors. In Denmark and the wider EU, commercial content must be clearly identifiable as such. AffiFeed outputs affiliate links with rel="nofollow sponsored", but that does not replace a visible disclosure on your site.
• Product data — names, images, descriptions, prices — belongs to the advertisers and networks. We pass it through; we do not own it and grant you no rights over it.
• Prices and stock reflect the last successful import. They can be out of date. You are responsible for what your site displays.
• Networks may rate-limit, suspend or revoke your access. That is between you and them, and it is not a failure of this service.

Current plans and limits are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Because this is a business service, the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. If a paid plan does not work for you, contact us — we would rather sort it out.

You keep ownership of everything you create: your feeds, selections, designs and custom templates. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and serve that content so the service can operate — including serving your public feeds to sites that embed them.

We keep ownership of AffiFeed itself: the software, interface, branding and documentation. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

We work to keep AffiFeed available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream network outages, rate limits and faults all happen. Feed imports depend on third-party networks that we do not control.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Danish law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

• Lost profits, lost commission, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
• Loss or corruption of data beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by an affiliate network or advertiser, including suspending your account or withholding commission.
• Inaccurate product data received from a network, or displayed after a feed has changed at source.

Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

You may stop using AffiFeed at any time and delete your account from the Account page.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where circumstances reasonably allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

On termination your feeds stop being served, which means embeds on your websites will stop rendering products. Export anything you need before deleting your account.

We may update these terms as the service develops. For material changes we will give reasonable notice by email or in the application. Continuing to use AffiFeed after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes fall to the ordinary courts of Denmark. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.
